The majority of the images shown on this website are sourced from the library of projects we have undertaken. On some occasions we buy stock images from reputable sources.
Under General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) this is how we use your personal information:-
We hold client data in calendar appointments, quotes and invoices. These may include your name, address, contact telephone number and email address which is used to assist us in offering the ongoing services we provide and to enable us to contact you in relation to the day to day running of our business.
We use our own database to hold marketing contact information and to manage enquiries for projects, processing invoices and payments and for other business purposes.
We never sell your personal data to third parties.
We use a third party to deliver marketing updates and new service launches on social media.
Terms & Conditions
With over 12 years in the cleaning industry our commitment has been to clean surfaces, deliver a high standard of work which offers excellent value for money. Our business is built on recommendations from previous years’ work and from client referrals.
Monoblock surfaces including sanding and decking oil will require a second visit as surfaces normally need 48 hours without rain to fully dry out.
Any site clearance required prior to works carried out may incur additional charges, unless agreed at quote stage.
Free access to a water supply on a client’s property is generally required and there should be adequate drainage in place. These are assessed at quote site visit.
Cleaning will not revive colour fading due to sunlight/UV, age or weathering. It may not be possible to remove 100% of any dirt, chemical, paint, graffiti, oil, solvent, chewing gum, cement stains or lichen but we will always try our upmost.
All areas to be cleaned must be of sound construction as cleaning may loosen or remove unsound, broken, damaged or perished surfaces, pointing or insecure brickwork. In all cases the cost of any reinstatement will be the customer’s responsibility.
Areas around the inside of doors/windows etc should be free of any items which may be damaged due to possible water ingress.
Terms of payment – electronic transfer, cash or cheque are acceptable and is required in full upon completion of works or part works. Late payments will be pursued using a debt recovery agency, the cost of which will be paid for by the client in addition to the invoice value.
Instruction to commence work verbally or in writing means acceptance of terms, conditions and payment requirements as stated above.
Our terms do not affect your statutory rights.
ProClean Powerwash are based in Aberdeenshire. We cover the entire North-East of Scotland, down to Edinburgh and Glasgow.
We carry Professional Indemnity Insurance for all works carried out along with Method statements, Risk assessments & COSHH sheets where required.
